A special performance of the hit musical "The Producers"
will benefit patient care, research and teaching in the UCSF
School of Medicine's Departments of Neurology and Cardiology.
Seats were generously donated by Orpheum Theatre owners Carole
Shorenstein Hays and Scott Nederlander. A cast party, hosted
by Walter Shorenstein, will immediately follow the production.

Top researchers from the UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center
will speak on issues related to cancer and genetics in a symposium
made possible by a generous gift from the Avon Foundation.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and a reception will
be held at the end of the day.
